When catastrophic flash floods devastated Weston and Buckhannon, West Virginia, on July 21, 2026, Operation BBQ Relief deployed immediately – arriving on the ground within 48 hours. Over 14 intense days, our dedicated volunteers and staff provided 52,433 hot barbecue meals and shelf-stable food packages to survivors, first responders, and emergency crews facing prolonged power outages.
This massive deployment was only possible because of the unwavering support of our volunteers, donors, and partners. The destruction is immense, but the spirit, strength, and heart of West Virginia are far greater. Serving this community has been a profound honor.
