Following severe flash flooding across South Texas in mid-July 2026, Operation BBQ Relief deployed to Batesville from July 20–24 to support local recovery efforts. Over the five-day response, our staff and volunteers cooked and distributed 5,100 hot meals to affected residents, emergency personnel, and relief crews on the ground. We are deeply grateful to the community for their warmth and hospitality, and we remain standing by to support them whenever disaster strikes.
