On August 14, 2026, we proudly served 400 hot meals to the Missouri State Fair Fire Department, EMS technicians, police officers, and first responders working hard at the Missouri State Fair in Sedalia, Missouri.
This Day of Giving is just one of the ways we express our deep gratitude to heroes in uniform through The Always Serving Project. We are honored to give back to those who dedicate their lives to protecting our communities.
A huge thank you to our incredible volunteers and Operation BBQ Relief’s Missouri/Kansas Area Coordinator, Randy Hartmann. Beyond making this event possible, they helped educate thousands of state fair attendees about our mission: feeding communities after disasters and enriching heroes’ lives every day!
