On Sept. 28-30, 2026, we hosted a VIP Experience at Camp OBR that brought our mission to life. Community members and supporters joined us to see firsthand how culinary therapy, outdoor adventures, and service projects bring healing to our veterans and first responders.
We were especially honored to host members of the Lee’s Summit Fire Department for a dedication ceremony honoring fallen firefighters Gene Martin and Tom Loy. Joining their fellow firefighters to celebrate their legacy was a profound honor that reminded us why this place of rest and restoration exists.
Thank you to every supporter, volunteer, and partner who made this week possible. Together, we continue to provide a place of healing for those who serve.
