Nothing says “Welcome to the Team” like world-class barbecue! On April 10, 2026, Operation BBQ Relief had the distinct honor of providing 350 meals to the Kansas City Fire Department’s newest graduates and their families as they celebrated joining the front lines. The service didn’t stop at the stage; we also headed out to provide meals to three shifts across two KCFD fire stations. To top off an incredible day, our amazing supporters stepped up to raise over $600 for our ongoing mission. A massive shoutout to the volunteers and donors who made this Day of Giving possible!
