On March 23-25, 2026, Camp OBR supporters and members of the Lake of the Ozarks community joined us at Camp OBR for a VIP Experience to witness firsthand the life-changing impact of this sanctuary. Our mission to enrich the lives of our heroes and their families was on full display as guests dived into culinary therapy, outdoor adventures, and service projects.
The heart of the week was a moving dedication to the memories of fallen police officers Gary Lee Michael, Jr. and Christopher Ryan Morton. We were deeply honored to welcome their families for a special ceremony at our memorial gazebo. Their legacy of service is exactly what drives us to provide a place of rest and restoration for those who serve today.
Moments like these remind us that our work isn’t possible without the help of our community of supporters. It is through strong community partnerships and the tireless work of our volunteers that we can provide this vital healing place for our veterans and first responders.
