Waverly, Tennessee (Flooding) / 10,019 Meals Over 8 Days

Aug 31, 2021 | Deployments

Operation BBQ Relief served over 10,000 meals to f amilies, first responders, and members of the National Guard affected by the catastrophic floods in Waverly, TN.

“My daughter and I volunteered at Hope Center Ministries. Operation BBQ Relief made sure we were getting hot meals so we could have the energy to keep volunteering. The Operation BBQ Relief team made numerous rounds day in and day out and went all over the county serving not only to volunteers but also individuals that were affected by the flood. We were so grateful to have had an Operation BBQ Relief mobile van that had hot boxes stocked with hot plates of delicious food delivered straight to us. You all are real MVPs!”

Thank you and God bless,
