Aurora, Indiana (Flooding) / 500 Meals Over 1 Day

Mar 3, 2018 | Deployments

In February 2018, the Ohio River flooded after waters rose by 60 feet. This was the second highest level that the river had ever reached. Many were unable to return to their homes and businesses after this historic flooding event. Thanks to the efforts of Operation BBQ Relief’s team of volunteers, the victims of this flood were provided with both food and hope for the community to repair.
