The Operation BBQ Relief team was on the ground in Columbia, S.C. on June 15, 2024 at the epic Southeastern BBQ Showdown! We partnered with legendary pitmaster Sunny Lynn Moody to host a BBQ Academy for military, veterans, first responders, and their family members. Participants learned about the art, craft, and science of barbecue and its ability to positively impact the spirit. We were honored to express our gratitude to our heroes in uniform and raise awareness for our mission to feed communities after disasters and enrich the lives of heroes every day.
