Lone Jack, Missouri – Army Family Day

Jun 7, 2025 | Days of Giving

To all the Army families out there–thank you. On June 7, 2025 we had the honor of celebrating you.

Through The Always Serving Project™, Operation BBQ Relief provided 100 meals at a unit family day for active-duty soldiers and families of the 445th Medical Detachment Veterinary Services in Lone Jack, Missouri honoring the service of local military families. From heartfelt conversations to shared meals, it was a day filled with gratitude and connection.

We shared our mission and spoke with families about how they can stay connected, get involved, and continue building strong, resilient communities. Service doesn’t stop when the uniform comes off. It lives on in moments like these, where neighbors support neighbors, one plate at a time.

To all our troops, veterans, and their loved ones: we see you, we thank you, and we stand with you.
