When an event we were catering was canceled at the last minute in June 2024, Operation BBQ Relief Volunteers Mike and Elaine Moore made sure none of the food went to waste. They provided more than 100 hot barbecue meals to firefighters with the Kansas City Fire Department and to emergency medical services (EMS) professionals in Clinton, Mo. They also dropped off six dozen cookies to EMS professionals in Harrisonville, Mo. We were honored to express our appreciation to those who serve, and are so thankful to Mike and Elaine for their hard work and support!
