On April 27, 2024, multiple tornadoes hit the Omaha, Neb. area leaving a path of destruction in their wake. Within 24 hours, Operation BBQ Relief was on-the-ground providing the Healing Power of BBQ to those in need. Over the course of six days, we provided the “One Hot Meal That Matters” 6,350 times. Huge thanks to our friends at Porky Butts BBQ who helped us prepare meals at their facilities. With their crucial support, we brought the Healing Power of BBQ to first responders, residents, and relief workers affected by this tragic event.
