IMPORTANT NOTICE CONCERNING REFUNDS: As soon as you return your item to us and it’s received into our system, we will expeditiously send a refund request to your bank. Please note that while the funds are instantly deducted from our account, some banks may take 5-7 business days to process and post these refunds to your account.
Most products sold by Operation BBQ Relief qualify for free exchange or replacement within 30 days from the date your order ships. Please notify us by email to email@example.com to process your return. The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. If we do not receive your return in its original condition, a service charge of may be deducted from your refund. Returns other than for exchange or replacement may be assessed a fee which will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund any shipping charges. This policy applies for domestic and foreign orders.

From time-to-time our site requests information via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.
We ship orders 2 times per week. These dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order. Products may be delivered in separate shipments. Delivery dates noted apply to orders placed by 5:00 p.m. local time (or 4:00 p.m. local time in stores and in limited locations across the country) and where credit approval and product availability are confirmed by 5:00 p.m. on the same business day* that the order is placed. Items shipped direct from the vendor may require an earlier order placement time. You will be notified of the estimated delivery date in a confirmation e–mail. (Not available for in–store orders if email address is not submitted.)
Certain items originate directly from carefully selected vendors and manufacturers. In many instances, delivery personnel will deliver your order to your entrance. Other items are prestocked at warehouses and delivered by a common carrier.
