Last year’s party featured 4 whole hogs cooked by Championship BBQ teams from the Memphis BBQ Network, was a huge success! All of the hogs were carved and put on display as they would at a Championship event. It definitely was a sight to see and a great experience for everyone. Again this year our top sponsors will select judges for the 2015 OBR Cup.  But this year there will be 6 whole hogs Those judges will get a behind the scene tour with the chefs, get an up close view of the teams presentations, and get meat right off the pig from the Pitmaster as each one explains their cooking process to the panel. One team will be crowned PIGAPALOOZA 2015 Champion and receive the OBR Cup!

Congratulations to our own Stan Hays and his appearance on “Chopped”, way to represent!
