PigAPalooza is a Party with a twist.

Operation BBQ Relief and some of the top whole hog pitmasters from across the United States and Canada will square off in a Whole Hog competition for the party to raise funds to support Disaster Relief during deployments.

The evening’s celebration includes:

Culinary event from our PigAPalooza Pitmaster

The American Royal 2017 World Series of Barbecue® – the world’s largest barbecue competition – will be held at the Kansas Speedway, August 31 – September 3. Each year the American Royal BBQ sets record attendance with over 600 teams and nearly 70,000 attendees.

PigAPalooza is more than a whole hog showcase – it’s a carnivorous culinary experience. Witness the judging of the whole hog contest while watchng delicious meat cook over an open fire. The feast includes beef ribs, brisket, suckling pigs, pork belly, skirt steak and more. In addition to this ‘foodie’ experience, entertainment includes music and emceed by Cookin Comedian, Vic Clevenger.
